      7月10日至11日,美速运通2025年半年度经营复盘会在总部圆满召开。来自全球各分站的核心团队齐聚一堂,以“合力攻坚赢半程·创变启航再争锋”为主题,全面总结上半年攻坚成果,精准锚定下半年突破方向。从业务增长的亮眼答卷到人才梯队的坚实构建,从平台生态的加速成型到全球布局的深化落地,这场盛会不仅是对“合力攻坚”的阶段总结,更是向“全域争锋”发起冲锋的动员令。

     From July 10th to 11th,  Maxwide successfully convened 2025 Mid-Year Business Review Conference at the headquarters. Core teams from global branches gathered under the theme "Unite to Win the First Half · Innovate to Lead the Race Ahead", conducting a comprehensive review of key achievements in the first half of the year and precisely mapping out breakthrough directions for the second half. Spanning from impressive business growth results and solid talent echelon development to the accelerated formation of platform ecosystems and the deepened implementation of global layouts, this grand event serves not only as a phased summary of "Unite to Win" but also as a rallying call to charge toward "Lead the Race Ahead".

In the first half of the year, Maxwide made a breakthrough against the headwinds amid a complex market environment, delivering a high-value "performance report".

● 箱量规模稳步扩张:集团总箱量同比增长22%。宁波、泰国同比增速领跑全集团,青岛则以总量稳居规模榜首,展现出“多点开花”的增长态势。

Steady Expansion of Container Volume: The total container volume of the group increased by 22% year-on-year. Ningbo and Thailand led the group in terms of year-on-year growth rate, while Qingdao maintained its top position in total volume, demonstrating a growth momentum of "prosperity across multiple regions".

客户生态持续扩容:客户结构的持续优化为利润提升奠定坚实基础,其中青岛、天津、越南直客数量增长显著。

Continuous Expansion of Customer Ecosystem: The ongoing optimization of the customer structure has laid a solid foundation for profit growth, with a significant increase in the number of direct customers in Qingdao, Tianjin, and Vietnam.

全球合约纵深拓展:与ONE、CMA、MSC等船公司合约总量同比增长显著,为全球物流网络提供了稳定的运力支撑,强化了成本竞争优势。

In-depth Expansion of Global Contracts: The total volume of contracts with shipping lines such as ONE, CMA, and MSC has achieved significant year-on-year growth, providing stable capacity support for the global logistics network and strengthening cost competitiveness.

人才引擎:结构优化激活组织效能

      “人才是第一生产力”,上半年集团在人力建设上多点发力,为业务增长注入核心动能。推行“管理+专业”双通道职级体系,各线条进行专业认证,实现“能者上,庸者下”,量才适用的动态管理机制。全国招募高潜管培生为国内、海外储备人才,提升人才梯度。

In the first half of the year, the Group made multi-faceted efforts in human resource development, injecting core momentum into business growth. It implemented a "management + professional" dual-track career system, with professional certifications carried out across all business lines, establishing a dynamic management mechanism that ensures "capable individuals are promoted, incompetent ones are demoted" and people are assigned to positions matching their abilities. High-potential management trainees were recruited nationwide to build talent reserves for both domestic and overseas operations, enhancing the talent echelon.

战略理清:平台生态与全球布局双线发力

     平台生态(卡车平台、换单平台、仓储平台、供应链平台)与全球布局双线发力。下半年,深挖非美业务潜力打造第二增长曲线,集团明确两大战略方向,剑指更高目标。

In the second half of the year, aiming to tap into the potential of non-U.S. businesses and build a second growth curve, the Group has clarified two strategic directions to pursue higher goals. Efforts will be made in parallel on the platform ecosystem (trucking platform, document exchange platform, warehousing platform, and supply chain platform) and global layout.

At the conclusion of the conference, Chairman Yan emphasized, "A mid-term victory is not an end, but a starting point for even greater challenges."
